We want to increase the size and diversity of our Board of Directors. We currently have four Board members, and one ex-service user who is an advisor to the Board. We are looking for feminist, creative and innovative women with a broad range of skills and experience.

The Board of Women’s Aid Orkney would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to support our latest fundraising venture as well as everyone in the community who donated! The fantastic amount of £278.88 was raised through our raffle and sale of Peedie bags in Tesco’s when we celebrated International Women’s Day 2016.
The Orkney Child Protection Committee has been working on creating new on-line materials.
Included in this are new webpages on the OIC website, which include a page for children and young people, and a page for adults who are
concerned about a child.
